Shipping policy

All Cook’s GF Sourdough breads are shipped frozen via FedEx.

Orders ship on Tuesdays and are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

We carefully pack each order to help it stay cold during transit. Once your package arrives, please refrigerate or freeze your bread. If your bread arrives thawed, you can still safely store and enjoy it as normal.

You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

For best quality, store your current loaf in the fridge and any extras in the freezer. You can refrigerate bread for up to 3 weeks or freeze it for up to 6 months.
