Shipping policy

All Cook’s GF Sourdough breads are shipped frozen via FedEx.

Orders ship on Tuesdays and are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

We carefully pack each order to help it stay cold during transit. Once your package arrives, please place your bread in the refrigerator or freezer. If your bread arrives cool or partially thawed, it can still be safely stored and enjoyed as normal.

You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

For best quality, store your current loaf in the fridge and any extras in the freezer. Bread may be refrigerated for up to 3 weeks or frozen for up to 6 months.
