Refund policy

Because our breads are perishable and shipped frozen, we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives cool or partially thawed, it can still be safely placed in your freezer or refrigerator and enjoyed as normal. This does not usually mean there is a problem with your order.

We want you to have a great experience with Cook’s GF Sourdough. If your package arrives damaged, your bread arrives warm, or there is a shipping issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll work to make it right.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
