Always heat or toast before serving for the best experience. Toast on a low setting (3-4) for a soft, flexible sandwich-like slice, or toast longer for a golden, hearty crunch. Our bread is frozen at peak freshness to lock in that "fresh from the oven" quality in every slice.

Size and substance. While most competitors sell "mini" loaves, we provide massive 2 lb loaves—typically 50% more bread for the same price. Each loaf provides 8 full sandwiches or meals. Plus, we use real, natural fermentation instead of commercial baker's yeast for a truly healthy, lower-glycemic sourdough
We ship all bread frozen via FedEx to ensure quality. Once delivered, store your "active" loaf in the fridge so it’s ready when you are, and keep any extras in the freezer for up to 6 months. If the bread arrives thawed, it is perfectly safe to refrigerate or refreeze it.
